Field Managers will be responsible to meet specific and measurable sales goals as well as develop strategies to achieve these goals. Field Managers will be responsible to lead and direct a team of up to fifteen (15) field agents. The Manager will assist in all facets of sales planning, opening of new locations, staffing, on-going training, performance reviews and scheduling.
Duties/Responsibilities
Work directly with Senior Manager to set specific sales plans and identify results to be achieved
Be the liaison between Entertainment Benefits Group and Property Management
Extensive field work -- up to 70% (sometimes even higher) of position is in the field
Manage timecards for Field Agents
Counsel and discipline Field Agents as required
Work directly with Human Resources for all employee related issues regarding attendance and/or discipline
Work across departments to insure and maintain communication within the office and the field
Oversee up to 15 Field agents (or more depending on business needs),
Maintain constant and effective communication with your team of agents -- both written and verbal.
Manage weekly scheduling of field agents in conjunction with Sr. Manager
Meet and exceed sales goals provided by Senior Manager
Provide weekly reporting
Perform on going coaching including midyear and yearly reviews
Minimum Qualifications
Sales Experience (2 or more years) with experience managing others
Must be a confident, energetic team member who will function as a key player in the Sales Operations department
Background in maintaining schedules
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft applications and the Internet
High energy, ability to remain focused on goals, working independently
Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral in a professional manner
Ability to multi-task, be a team player, and have strong organizational skills
Enjoy travel, sports and entertainment
Must have reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Previous experience in Sales or a time share environment
Extensive Las Vegas knowledge
